Corey, I am very excited that you are djing our upcoming wedding this July!!! I know you're always good for a good suggestion. What is a popular bride and groom enterance song for a reception? You know, one to get the people excited! Thanks for you help!

Steph, The song that you get introduced to can be the single most important song that can be preselected and probably the one song that couples tend to overlook. Your introduction song sets the tone for the rest of the night. A nice flowing instrumental tells the guests, "welcome to our elegant affair." Where getting introduced to Metallica or The Black Eyed Peas tells your guests something else. Your choice in songs for each event in your wedding tells a little bit about yourself. Though some songs have been played out and totally abused over the years, I still find myself referring some of the "oldies but goodies." The "Rocky" theme, Gary Glitter's "Rock and Roll Part II" and the old Michael Jordon's Chicago Bulls intro song, "Sirus" by the Alan Parson's Project are classics. Where "Let's Get Ready To Rumble" is just plain overplayed and yet I still get requested to use it for intro's today. I will be more than happy to work with you and Jason on every one of your special songs when we have our consultation in June. Your are the disc jockey for my wedding this June. I stopped by your site tonight and saw your new links for wedding things. Does anyone know of a good caterer here in the Berks County area? We are having our reception at the Sovereign Center and we need to bring a caterer in. Any suggestions?
